• You need to have a case that specifically says for the iPad Air, iPad Pro. (both for 10.5-inch)

• You must of purchased the new 2019 Ipad, with the 10.2 screen, and not the Ipad Air, with the 10.5 screen. Check your specs before buying. There should be inexpensive cases available, so hope you did not pay too much!
