Does the iPad mini come with the OS installed or is that a separate purchase? There is a GPS onboard but what about a gyro and a pressure sensor? null

Yes the OS is pre-installed. It is IOS from Apple.

 And you get free OS updates and updates to your applications from the Apple Store.

Yes there is a GPS and gyro. 

I do not know about a pressure sensor. The screen is a touch screen and it is pressure sensitive.

You can download free applications, watch videos, do your email, and play music. And much, much more !

I've had 3 IPADs. There are multiple models with diffeerent color bands of color. Also they come in differnt mempry sizes. 128MB at least is recommended. I Love them.

OS is installed. There is a gyroscope because it detects orientation. No pressure sensor I believe -- just a touchscreen display that detects capacitance.
