Yes, Just use itunes and backup your data from old ipad to your itunes and use that back up to your new ipad

Just back-up from the old one & restore to the new one. Call or visit an Apple Store.

You should be able to. Back up your original on your computer. Then plug your new one in and restore from back up.

Yes. Your data can be restored from the cloud or from an iTunes backup. You don't need Geek Squad to do this

Yes, you just make sure that you have it backed up to iCloud(or you could do a physical USB cord transfer to a laptop or desktop) on your older one and then sign in to your iCloud account on the new one(or physically plug in your new iPad and drag and drop the sved files)/
