There is an app from Samsung I believe that lets you transfer your documents from Android to iOS. It is called Smart Switch.

You should transfer all of you data from your galaxy pad to your computer; then upload to Apple.

You can go on the settings Bluetooth and consent to recognize your galaxy tablet.click on your Name where it says Apple ID on the upper left side it will display the items that are currently recognized by your IPad on the lower left side

Fortunately the Mini has a USB-C port, so you can transfer your data to an external hard drive, or thumb drive, and use a USB-C to USB-A adapter to use a thumb drive or external hard drive. Smaller files, you can simply e-mail to yourself. I hope this helps.
