• A:Answer They are only cellular capable if you buy the cellular model which will specifically say so and be about at lest 100 dollars more usually but almost every iPad has cellular model, the mini 6 and new pros have 5g connectivity on cellular also which is a nice bonus

• A:Answer Yes, the price match. I bought it from BestBuy and they price matched Walmart’s price. The item just has to be fulfilled by wherever you’re getting the price from and has to be the same. You cannot buy and iPad at Best Buy with Apple store credit (Apple gift cards).
