yes but there are caveats since American networks will charge you a service fee of approximately $70 a month for international data. Google Fi is an international sim and works here or overseas. Do your research on companies that support both stateside and international data without charging extra. Your iPhone 11 is a dual sim phone which can be set up to use 2 different networks as I have done. I use Google Fi (physical sim) which can be used here or overseas and Verizon (esim).
