QuestionI bought this phone brand new & unlocked. I tried switching my sprInt sim into this phone & its not working. I noticed the SIM card that came with this brand new phone was Verizon. Should that be a factor as to why it’s not working or it shouldn’t matter

- Answer No, I tried the same thing with the one I bought for my daughter for my Metro PCS account. I switched the SIM cards and it did not work so I took it to the Metro store and they did it for me for $16 and some change.

- Answer It is unlocked, for some reason Apple put the Verizon SIM card in unlocked phones, but you just take it out and put the one in from the service provider you want to use for cell service!
