“When it says choose carrier for the phone, does that mean we need that carrier’s sims card in order to have WiFi or can we buy the carrier SD card the same time we pay for the phone?”

• When you’re choosing a carrier it’s to add your carrier and then it will send you the SIM card for it. If you just want the device for WiFi. Hey the unlocked one.
