• A:Answer I think they offer geek squad setup. They have instructions sent with the phone. YouTube. The phone can walk you through. Just make sure you have a cloud backup. If the old phone is still in your possession it can flash over pretty quick too.

• A:Answer It should be within the process as you buy the phone. If you did the same deal that I had you do the trade option and select your phone and then complete the sale. I had Verizon so then I had to go to their website to complete the trade in. It magically remembered what I selected and upgraded the trade value based on the offer at the time.

• A:Answer Before I have a iPhone 13 pro I had a iPhone 12 pro so I use it in Istanbul for like two weeks and I had a no problem so but this one lock by the Verizon but I use it in Istanbl three months ago so I don’t know if the iPhone 13 pro over there but you can buy the iPhone 13 pro unlock from my Apple store and you don’t have any problem over there
