Q: QuestionI have an I phone XSPROMAX and can only hear a caller if it’s on speaker. Why?

• A:Answer The phone is probably damaged. This happened to me with an earlier version of an iPhone for my microphone. I think it happened because I dropped my phone a few times. Apparently there is a connection internally that came loose and caused the internal mic (and I'm assuming in your case the speakers) to not work. In may case the internal mic sound was garbled to the listener and I would have to put my speaker phone on for people to hear me clearly

• A:Answer In Ecuador not all companies have e-sim(s) as of Feb 2024. I could not use Claro but Movistar was okay. They took two days to process the e-sim AND were able to connect service.
