- Answer I’m not sure about spectrum but I bought this unlocked phone at Best Buy and took it to my provider AT&T. I think if you get a unlocked phone you can take it to any provider

QuestionIs there a Restocking Fee to return, if the speakerphone is NOT loud enough? Stores no longer have phones set up to test ''Calling Volume.'' Apple said the volume for music is different from call volume. I don't want to wear Airpods to talk during calls.

- Answer The phone is probably damaged. This happened to me with an earlier version of an iPhone for my microphone. I think it happened because I dropped my phone a few times. Apparently there is a connection internally that came loose and caused the internal mic (and I'm assuming in your case the speakers) to not work. In may case the internal mic sound was garbled to the listener and I would have to put my speaker phone on for people to hear me clearly
