- Answer The phone is probably damaged. This happened to me with an earlier version of an iPhone for my microphone. I think it happened because I dropped my phone a few times. Apparently there is a connection internally that came loose and caused the internal mic (and I'm assuming in your case the speakers) to not work. In may case the internal mic sound was garbled to the listener and I would have to put my speaker phone on for people to hear me clearly

QuestionAnyone have an ECHO problem w/the iPhone 14? Every day my calls are interrupted by the sound of my own voice. I use T-Mobile. Apple blamed it on T-Mobile. T-Mobile says its an Apple issue. Got a replacement. Still have issue. Well documented issue online

- Answer In Ecuador not all companies have e-sim(s) as of Feb 2024. I could not use Claro but Movistar was okay. They took two days to process the e-sim AND were able to connect service.
