It's not only 100.00 more than the financing option, but it is 100.00 more than the one time price of 799 99. You can order from apple or a carrier and pay 799.99 out the door. Why 899.99 here?

Apple sells the phones directly to BB at retail price. It's recouped by carrier agreements and their associated finance plans. Neither of these happen when you purchase the phone outright so they recoup the costs by charging more at retail.

Don't know of any phone that is only $100.00. The full retail price is not set by Best Buy, but by Apple. If you buy a used phone, that might be different, depending on where you purchase.
