• My phone came with a SIM card that was not installed so I could get any SIM card I needed for the carrier I wanted to use.

• Yes from what I have read about the phone it can be used in any country. You can google the se2 and read all about it. That’s what I did because I could not believe apple could sell this phone at the price I paid $399.00 you can’t even buy a good used iPhone for that price.
