“I bought an unlocked iphone SE (P2). It came w/ a Verizon sim card. It was to replace an older iphone (P1) that had a working sim card. I switched sim cards. P2 w/ the P1 sim card works. P1 w/ the new P2 sim card gives the attached error. How to fix?”

Verizon Sim card is not a valid one. So it will not work in your old phone.
