“To purchase any of the iPhones at best buy do I have to have an already existing account with any of the mobile carriers or can I choose a carrier at best buy and get the phone that way? And how much is it if I choose to do the monthly plan?”

When I bought mine I was surprised that they had it! To answer your question I was told that they were currently only doing upgrades. I'm not sure how long that would be going on but Thank you BEST Buy for taking care of upgrade customers and not just RE Sellers.
