• If you are doing monthly device payments it will be through Verizon. However, if you paid the full amount when you ordered the phone and used your Best Buy card then you will be paying it through Best Buy.

• If you paid for the entire cost of the phone (like $749.99 plus tax) I think the financing will be with best buy. You just have to call Verizon to set it up.
