They told us it’s unlocked but they gave us locked phone

I bought this phone from best buy and was unlocked and worked great for straight talk and is much easier to sell once i get a new one.

I believe it is if you buy it full price. Without carrier payments or whatever. That’s what I did.

Yes I bought mine unlocked and you put your SIM card in with whatever provider you have and it will activate it to your carrier

You can buy them untied to a carrier. They call them "universal"

Yes, it can be unlocked in few mins at Bestbuy!
