QuestionWhy isn't best buy pre order working? I went to the Lee's Summit MO store today and they said to go on line to best buy.com and pre order it. . .it still says coming soon and it's now 2:38 in the morning CST. I started at 2:01 a.m. UGH

- Answer Best Buy sucks at these preorders that’s why. A lot of times they say get it on release date and a lot of people don’t end up getting the phone for two weeks after even though they were promised on release date

- Answer Unless you purchased that phone in while through Best Buy I’m pretty sure you have to pay off the phone through Verizon. You may ask either Best Buy or Verizon though.

- Answer No. I just did this and they give you $100 off which ends up looking like a $100 down payment. You don’t have to trade your old phone in for this.
