“Why isn't best buy pre order working? I went to the Lee's Summit MO store today and they said to go on line to best buy.com and pre order it. . .it still says coming soon and it's now 2:38 in the morning CST. I started at 2:01 a.m. UGH”

Best Buy sucks at these preorders that’s why. A lot of times they say get it on release date and a lot of people don’t end up getting the phone for two weeks after even though they were promised on release date
