“How do I enable 3rd party cookies? When I go on E! online to watch an episode, it tells me to go to safari menu>privacy setting>under “block third party cookies” choose “never”. But I don’t have “never” on mine. Any answers?”

Safari->Preferences->Privacy->"Block All Cookies". If for some reason you must not block all, (you need to keep some in place for banking or otherwise), there is also a "manage" button there to take you to the window that allows you to audit/edit your cookies.
