- Answer yes. however, the macbook pro with touch bar and touch id (2018 and up) makes it extremely easy to cut and edit videos/photos but the macbook air 2019/2020 works great too

- Answer I5 is good but with hard drive space, you can go with either one. I personally don't save anything on my hard drive but the programs and apps. The rest I save on and external hard. But if you do not want an external go with the 512 because think about school work, apps, music, etc. Space will go fast.
