I also bought 2 laptops that included the free anti virus. But never got the email confirmation on it. I only received the Apple Music email. So I called the Best Buy number and they said the laptops didn’t go come with free anti virus protection. I’m like are you kidding me it’s on your ad online. So they said it wasn’t on my receipt so they said to go back to the store and speak to an associate. I never went back!
