Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I will never buy anything again from Best Buy. I was discriminated against and insulted by the general manager where I use to shop. Since reporting issue to Best Buy's corporate office, I have received zero satisfaction. I haven't received a phone call which I expected. I emailed the CEO, CFO, and others, thinking they would restore my faith in a company that I have been loyal to for over twenty years. Shame on them. This is a prime example as to why Amazon is winning. I could have bought the same products through Amazon, paid for warranties( cheaper than geek squad ), paid for installs ( cheaper than geek squad ), and would have been treated as though I mattered as a patron of the company. My feedback here is based on my personal experience with this company. Nothing I stated is made up or is intended to slander this company. Federal Law allows for freedom of speech and being that this was a solicitation by Best Buy, I am allowed this forum to state my opinion.
