You can spec a new model out directly for Apple with up to 24gb of RAM I believe. If you are wanting that much RAM though, it is probably best to consider MacBook Pro options since they tend to be more focused on performance and can be configured with way more RAM. You will just pay a pretty penny for it unfortunately.
As far as the 25gb configuration specifically, please keep us updated if you find a model that offers that lol
