• It depends of the ram card. You can run a dj software, but i recomend You to Buy a ram memory of 16 gb

• Not sure about Serato but, I'm running Abelton Live, Pro Tools, and Logic Pro X on a 2022 8gb RAM 256GB M2 chip Macbook Pro and everything is super smooth.
