Short answer: yes. There is a 40-80 percent increase in graphics performance, depending on the program, software, or video game. The 10th Gen chip comes with Intel G7 graphics, which is among the highest Intel graphics. If you think you will do any graphics related work/gaming, it might be worth upgrading to the higher tier model. Based on my experience, it seems that the G7 chip can at least run many AAA-games at low-medium settings, which is not great, but pretty good for integrated graphics.
