A:AnswerNo you can not customize the keyboard at Best Buy. But if you go to apple.com and find any 2019 Macbook Pro model you have to click on the computer you want. Then you scroll down and then under where it says " Keyboard Language" you click the scroll down menu and pick your keyboard and it should say that it is backlit.
