• I'm assuming you mean keyboard instead of trackpad. You can order different language keyboards from Apple directly. Best Buy sells laptops with the U.S. English keyboards only, I believe.

• I don’t think so no. Normally when you boot up a laptop it will ask you what language you want and you can do it that way. Most laptops are English language letters unfortunately.
