No, you have to get that from Apple

Not every model can be upgraded to a nano-texture display—only some of the higher-end models support it.

Due to the high demand for NanoTexture on Apple’s website, 3rd party vendors are not able to sell them yet. I predict they will be available in the coming months.

You can config a nano texture display on Apple.com otherwise if it doesn't say it then expect it not to have it
