No, it doesn't come with anything other than a charger. No headphones, no final cut X. That is available in the appstore. Although iMovie is included, pretty much a beginners Final cut pro.

That's the Education Promo and likely only Avail through Apple.com or in their stores. Best Buy does college pricing but they're promos independent of each other. Even with college pricing, Final Cut only comes at a reduced price, not preloaded for free.

It does not come with headphones. The speakers are impressive. Unknot about final cut.
