Not really. The game runs like crap with the 560 under OSX. With Medium settings you'll be running around 40-50 FPS. If you install Windows via Bootcamp you will be able to manage 70'ish FPS at medium settings. If you're spending this much money on a laptop and want to play games on it, you're better off with a Razer Blade 15.

You'll probably average 40-50fps with medium settings, with low settings you'll probably average 50-60fps with some frame drops when in gun fights. I haven't tried out Fortnite myself but I did open up CSGO and played deathmatch. Keep in mind that I was playing in 4:3 aspect ratio and resolution of 1280p (my personal preference when playing this game). I got a constant smooth 60fps, no frame drops at all. Since the MacBook resolution is way higher than that, it will require more power and you'll see that the MacBook will be lacking in supporting a constant 60 fps in that resolution. I would go with a Windows laptop with better graphics and cooling.
