• Mine was outstanding. There was a small and barely visible scratch on the bottom but otherwise everything else looked brand new :)

• Cosmetic condition is acceptable; signs of prior use include (but are not limited to) scratches or dust spots/white spots on the screen and dents or subtle cracks on the item’s housing
