• If your device is Bluetooth, enable it under settings. If not, just connect the lighting to usb included with the keyboard. Cheers! $wjb143

• Yup just add it as a Bluetooth device or if not plug it in using the lighting to usb connector. Apple is smart. They like to sell things.
