I believe the Apple Pencil 2 will work with 11in and 12.9in iPad Pro models 2nd gen and up.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The apple pencil 2 works with the iPad pro 11 and 12.9, 2018 and 2020. As far as memory/ram, I believe they all use the same amount of ram, just storage that is different (as well as screen size). It will all depend on money you have to spend and how much data you will need to store locally on the iPad. I usually get the 256 GB option, only because it is not my main device and I also have a lot of cloud space to keep most of my files.
