Nope. The original Apple Pencil ($99) does, though. This 2nd Gen Apple Pencil ($129) only works with the two new iPad Pros.

I don't believe so. You'll need the iPad without a home button to use the 2nd gen Apple Pencil.

Nope it’ll only work with the new iPad Pro models that released Fall of 2018. It has to charge and connect via Bluetooth to the built in magnet charger that’s in the newer iPad models.
