Nope. The original Apple Pencil ($99) does, though. This 2nd Gen Apple Pencil ($129) only works with the two new iPad Pros.

Nope it’ll only work with the new iPad Pro models that released Fall of 2018. It has to charge and connect via Bluetooth to the built in magnet charger that’s in the newer iPad models.
