Does this pencil works with iPad 7th generation? null

If your pencil is 1st gen it should connect flawlessly. However if you bought a 2nd generation you wont be able to connect it. I just googled it and found it on the Apple website.

Only the 1st generation Apple Pencil works for the iPad 7th generation.

I know the second generation pencil only works with 3rd and 4th gen iPads.
