Does the phone will come with scratches or broken? null

The phones are used so no two sold will be identical. The one I bought only had a very minor blemished spot on the back and the screen looked like new. The battery was in good shape as well. I’ve read a few reviews that say people were unhappy with how theirs looked, but from my experience, I was quite happy that the phone was in such good condition. My 10 year old daughter uses it daily and has had no issues whatsoever. We keep it in an otterbox defender case so that it remains in the great condition it came in for as long as possible. I very highly recommend these cases as well. They’re speedy but worth every single penny!

No at all. I have chosen excellent condition so it is like new. Even if there are scratches or broken you can return it with refund.
