Box -- don't think so. Earbuds / no. Charger / yes. Return policy -- ask Best Buy. I purchased a case on ebay.

Please try again later.No,No and No. It comes with its own box that Best Buy provides wherever it is that they refurbish and package I thought it came with the headphones to but they didn’t and the charger is not the original but they provide one and it works pretty well also you have about 14 days after the purchase to return it or refund it but after that the sale is final so try to make sure you check out all the features speaker phone calls battery life all that important stuff before you connect to a carrier and before the 14 days are up.
