I love it!!!!! I had the iPhone 7 Plus and was just shopping for a TV when I come across this iPhone 8 Plus and thought wow what a great deal and loved the iPhone 7 Plus I had but thought hey why not upgrade a lil for a deal like this and I did and am certainly glad I did just this upgrade made a world of difference on a very positive way it had more added features I did not realize going up One would mean buy it meant a lot do I’m loving this phone and I got a great deal plus I sold my iPhone 7 Plus I had for $160 cash so I made out real great th as no you Best Buy cause it certainly was a Best Buy a long with my 65 in insignia Fire edition television I’m a happy Camper!!!! LOL

Got this for my dad switching from android. It’s simpler for him & he really likes it. The ios is less complicated & runs for fluid. Great purchase for me

This product came with a very cheap charging cable. After 2 weeks of use the charger broke. Would not recommend to a friend unless I hate them.

Don’t buy PRE-OWNED phone in Best Buy, I placed order to buy iPhone 8plus pre owned and it came with a third party charger and adapter from a third party seller. And the device battery max capacity is at 86%. This is totally worst experience. I’m going to return this device immediately and I never buy again from Best Buy.

I bought my 8 Plus used from a 3rd party through Best Buy.com, arrived quickly and in good condition overall. Light scratches on the front, but rear glass and anodized aluminum in pristine condition. A pleasant surprise was the included Mint Mobile SIM with three free months of service. Unfortunately it did not come with 1st party accessories, only a new 3rd party charger and cable. In use, this iPhone 8 Plus 256 has been a fantastic upgrade from my 6S Plus 128. I’m especially impressed by the TruTone color reproduction and “stereo” speaker output. Performance with iOS 13 is crisp and snappy, breathing new life into old applications. The improvement brought with the increased RAM and A11 Bionic is palpable when running resource intensive applications. You can tell there’s iPhone X pedigree inside. And while the major improvements introduced recently in the 11 series are nothing to scoff at, neither is the 8 Plus for those who prefer Touch ID and the 7/8 form factor.

Everything seems great on my “new” iphone 8 plus except... its from Japan where there are laws that prevent your from turning off the camera shutter sound EVEN when you switch the side mute button. Its kind of annoying because its so loud every time I take a picture and my previous iphone 6s didnt have this issue since its from this country. I really wish that when my phones on silent the camera sound would be also. Im trying to somehow exchange this while I still can, for an American phone but best buy isnt being too helpful assuring me that when my “new” phone is sent it will be American or not. I dont want to return my phone just to get the same exact phone sent back to me.

There’s tiny scratch but works great and the battery was very low but I got replaced it but the phone looks very good in the back and cameras

Phone is good the only thing is that it heats up very fast

It’s good enough for what I needed and wanted but I’m glad I didn’t pay a lot. The battery is already starting to go. It lasted all day in the beginning but now it doesn’t last for more than a couple hours ☹️

iPhone came in different packing than original and no headphones were included. Otherwise, the phone was perfect. I setup my AppleID and everything worked within an hour. One caveat, this is my third unlocked phone from Best Buy. A while back, I ordered a phone for my wife and had to return the phone because it was in really bad shape. However, Best Buy honored their 14 day return and I exchanged the phone with no issue. The second phone was in perfect shape. I was so pleased that I ordered this one.

The power button does not work , cant turn on and off as i would like & when ever i want, i will deff. have to return it, which sucks because i waited around 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Dissappointed. 0 out of 10. 2 thumbs down on this purchase.

I have been using my phone for a while. First attempted mailing was sent to me with a wrong phone. Then they resent me a correct phone. Everything looks good as new. But currently the screen seems response slower than before. Other than that , everything is look.

I suspected that buying a used item like a cell phone it would probably need a new battery and seeing it has a max of 85% confirms my suspicion. Since I expected that I can't complain about it. Overall the phone works perfect. My need was for a bluetooth phone that would work with my hearing aids when answering the phone and this phone satisfies that need.

Pretty good phone, no blemishes. It would be more informative if the battery life was published. Mine was at 75% life, not to bad for a refurbished phone.

Have had no issues with this phone. Everything works perfectly and all my applications transferred to this phone without any problems. Extremely happy and have my Geek Squad available to assist with anything questions that my come up.
