If you are not lucky, the mobile phone has quality problems, then you will have a hard time getting your money back, even within 14 days after purchase. Don't think that this is the bestbuy's website, there is protection. Bestbuy's staff said that this product has nothing to do with them. I really don't know that this product is bought online at bestbuy. Bestbuy does not make money. Now it says it has nothing to do with them. I am the unfortunate person.
