• You can return it but they said they’ll make you pay a fee of $45 if the packaging is opened

• When I had a phone with a scratch and returned it they charged a restocking fee. I was told scratches are normal. You can buy phones refurbished and look at them ahead of time and/or have guarantees that won't charge you restock fees.
