• No you have to pay for the phone onlinE. You can select store pick up and they will ship it to a store you choose, or select shipping to your home

• We bought ours at the store so you should be able to walk in and get one off the shelf. They had two different one available when we bought ours. This one actually replaced the first one which quit working.
