Pre owned iPhone means that someone else used it before you did. you got a discount on the phone because it might not look brand new. your posting is 7 months old. if you did not get an answer to your question, then no, after 7 months, you cannot return your phone and get a refund. they do have trade in programs - you should check with your local Best Buy to see if you can do this. in the future, if you want a new undamaged iPhone, then buy a brand new iPhone.
