Whoever is listing this product should have a SPECIFICATIONS list, they are your best resource. If not, copy product name and paste it onto APPLE's websites search box.

It may and it may not work. I never used a cdma phone in a while . But I know Verizon uses both so that will work not sure about sprint.. since u have to activate the sim card to the iPhones imei.. un-like GSM phones the service is the sim card. Not the actual phone..

It depends what network you're on. If you buy a Sprint phone, it is CDMA. If you buy Verizon/ATT/T-Mobile, it's GSM. If you buy an unlocked version, I believe you may have the option of both. Not 100% sure.
