PRE-OWNED means that someone else once owned and used the product. REFURBISHED means that it’s been factory reconditioned to meet strict standards set by Apple to operate the same as when it was new and any minor defects, such as small scratches, will not affect performance. CAVEAT: This applies to refurbished iPhones sold by Best Buy, a reputable store licensed to sell Apple products! However, I’m aware of the fact that some individuals sell used iPhones online and there are no guarantees under these circumstances unless the seller can be vetted. Many of these private sellers are forthcoming and upfront about defects, even those that are not so minor, such as cracked screens, but I’ve also seen ads and descriptions which seem less than completely honest and aboveboard. Android phones use SIM cards; Apple iPhones do not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This review is for a phone case. It protects the phone. It was not refurbished or preowned. It was new in the packaging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First question I would ask Best Buy. I doubt they would sell a cellphone without confirming it worked. There was a SIM card installed in the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes preowned means refurbished, so if the device gets repaired it is no longer working the way it used to. Maybe works. Your luck.
