Best Buy is a reputable store and a licensed seller of Apple products. Although a PRE-OWNED iPhone sold by Best Buy may have some minor defects (such as small scratches) , PRE-OWNED iPhones offered for sale by Best Buy have been factory-reconditioned to meet strict standards set by Apple to operate the same as when they were new and any defect(s) will not affect performance. P.S. - I am not employed by either Best Buy or Apple.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, none so far. It makes it easier to hold the phone. It protects the side and back if dropped. I recommend also using the glass screen protector. Get the one from Best Buy instead of zag.
