If you bought it without quality problems, then you are very lucky. If you are not lucky, the mobile phone has quality problems, then you will have a hard time getting your money back, even within 14 days after purchase. Don't think that this is the bestbuy's website, there is protection. Bestbuy's staff said that this product has nothing to do with them. Preowned and refurbished are different. You can find refurbished iPhone X but not for price of around 500. The preowned iPhone X I purchased cake in almost perfect condition with a couple slight scratches on the screen, besides that everything is great and it functions great
