• Received a XR with scratches on the screen and 90% battery health. Not worth of the cost.

• You do not. Essentially once you open the box they charge you a restocking fee no exceptions. I would not recommend anyone purchase a phone especially refurbished from Best Buy. The price of the phones is higher and the policies for restocking are ridiculous.
