- Answer No, since this is an Apple product (more specifically an iPad) this uses a version of iPadOS. I wouldn’t know any ways of running windows on an iPad.

- Answer I believe that there is an option to transfer data from one old iPad to a newer iPad so long as you have both iPad. I believe it is called “Automatic Setup”.
